BOOKING:

Strokes + Lashes LA is by appointment only.
​​
A credit card may be required to book an appointment. You will receive an email and/or text message confirmation after your appointment has been booked. You may confirm or cancel your appointment through this confirmation as well.

FILLS/OUTSIDE FILLS/PARTIALS
​​
Fills, also know as Infills, are needed to maintain the health and look of your lash extensions. Fills are need every 2/3 weeks to keep up with the growth and shedding of your natural lashes. 40% of lash extensions must be remaining to be considered a fill. After 3 weeks, your appointment will be booked as a FULL SET. No exceptions.

Outside Fills - First Time clients are considered an Outside Fill as you will be arriving with lashes completed at an outside location. To maintain the integrity of Strokes & Lashes LA, Outside Fills may only be accepted after an in person consultation. As the products and procedures used by other lash artists are unknown, we would not be able to guarantee the quality of the Strokes & Lashes LLC brand prior to the consultation. A complimentary removal of outside work will be offered to ALL new clients who book a full set with Strokes and Lashes LLC. Please contact for further details.

No fills for Partial Sets.
LATE APPOINTMENTS:
You are considered late at 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. You will receive an appointment status update message approximately 10 minutes after your appointment has been scheduled to begin. This will be the final appointment communication. The appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes.
CLIENT CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment may be charged the full price of service.

If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled without being charged. It is understood that life happens, so accommodation may be made on a case by case basis.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW:
No call/ no show appointments will be charged 100% of the price of service. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
REFUNDS:

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given for any products or services rendered. However, ever effort to make sure you are satisfied will be extended within reason.
*REACTIONS & SENSITIVITIES:
Although very low-risk, a reaction to products used during your lash service is a possibility that you should be aware of. Unless known allergies are stated by you, it is unfortunately otherwise not foreseeable. A Patch Test is highly recommended for anyone not sure if they have any adverse reactions to certain lash products. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however a complimentary lash removal is available for all sets applied if such a circumstance were to occur. Please be sure to reach out immediately if you become aware of any type of reaction.
In the case of an emergency, seek medical help by calling 911.
